Dishwasher repair man
Poor! The first man from Vicksburg did not repair the dishwasher. Poor work! The dishwasher was not repaired. Water still leaks when it is running! A dishwasher part was not installed.

Lousy Service
Mic is one of the lousiest serviceman I have met. So disinterested in work or explaining the cause. Waste of money. Not on time also.

It has been over 2 months since we had a refrigerator that has worked, and your technicians have replaced a lot of parts and we still don't have a working refrigerator. apparently, they can't figure out what is wrong with it.

Still broken
He thawed the fridge out but didn't put any of the new parts on. My husband paid for the parts and I feel they should have been installed.

So, first of all I get a call from Mike saying the we had been dropped from the schedule. I guess he called home base and got us back on. It went totally down hill from there. Mike showed up and couldn't even say Hi. He apparently was having a bad day. He did not fix anything. He didn't even try to fix the cooktop. He did complain about the cooktop. Told my wife that we had to tear apart the counter to get the cooktop out and then we had to do this that and the other thing. Left us just as we were before he got there. Now I first, need to reschedule and hope that this time I get someone else and second, also hope that I don't randomly get dropped off the schedule again.

Very bad experience
The technician came home 4 times before knowing the dryer can't be repaired. Many times the appointment was cancelled the last min. We had a bad experience with this service which took more than 2 months to get resolved.

I used to trust Sears repair services!
This technician had to come 3 times & left without the problem being fixed. He tried to give us a new estimate the third time for a part we shouldn't have had to pay for & apparently didn't even need. I made a suggestion that he refused to try, but we tried it after he left & IT WORKED!!! (Neither of us has any experience in appliance repair, but he's a PROFESSIONAL!)

Very poor, rude
Tech did not show for Tues appt. Came Thur. Called me and said his gps cldnt find home. While explaining directions to him, he hung up on me. When he knelt down to check oven his pants slid down to expose his buttocks. Very displeased with service.

Disappointed
David didn't try very hard. Said part needed was discontinued, we found online 30 minutes after he left. Said he would call back and never did.
