I had requested that the light in the dryer needed to be fixed, but it wasn't. Can someone come and get it changed?

not fixed
technician left halfway through wash cycle. Washer leaked at spin/rinse cycle. Washer Not fixed.

JOB COMPLETE
Long story, short of it, Leonard came back today, installed a new part, indicated he needed another part, left to get it, came back, installed the part and told me all was good! shame on me for believing and not testing before he left, because I did my first load and the dryer was still not heating/drying! Another service call Wednesday - totally frustrated!

Confident but problem was not fixed.
The service tech was very confident in the problem and claimed that they would bet their job that cleaning the system out would correct the issue of the freezer not working. After the 48 hours that the tech stated to wait the items in the freezer were still not frozen and appeared to continuing to lose temperature.

Unhappy
Felt like he didn't want to fix the appliance, said it was a good choice to replace. Quoted 1,400 to replace compressor and it was still under warranty.

Not solve immediate needs
Steve is nice and friendly, but he didn't solve what I need. He called before the appointment and I talked to him my light bulb is off, but after he arrived, he told me he couldn't change it for me. He still charged me the diagnoses fee without informing in advance that he couldn't solve my problem

Refrigerator door repair
I thought all was well with the repair but about an hour or two after the Technician left I tried to open my freezer and the door was locked. It would not open .unable to get food out to cook dinner. I guess you can say I am not a happy person.

Quiet tech
