Repairman ?
I greeted him when he arrived, but got no response. He hardly said anything during the repairs. Hardly explained what he was doing. Left without explaining what he did and what to check after the repairs were done. The next day, I noticed there was damaged to the panel fo the ice maker. The repairman did not mention anything about the damage he did. I would not like him to return to do any repairs ever.

Poor people skills to day the least.
Ben was on time. He also called before hand. I tried to have a conversation with him re: price of repair. I told him I didn't want to pay another diagnostic fee. He informed me that he didn't make the rules. I also saw him looking at his phone and it looked like an itemized bill. We went back and forth and finally I saw the itemized bill on his phone and did not see another diagnostic fee on it. All he had to say was no you are not being charged another diagnostic fee or show me itemized bill he had up on phone. It would have saved 10 frustrating mins. He said everybody else understands him. I told him I must be stupid. I asked him why he came today if he wasn't going to fix fridge. He said to get the money. I asked him why he didn't order parts from his diagnostic previously since he knew i had hired him to fix my fridge today. He knew what parts I needed. He hemmed and hawed. There is alot I need to explain and say but too lengthy to type out. He did fix fridge but damaged the door to fridge. After denying it he was walking out door. I said stop.Who can I call or what do we do now? As one foot out the door he said the 800 number. I asked what 800 number. He came in took a pic of fridge and left. There is alot more to this but too much to type! I would never want Ben to come back and fix any other appliance of mine. He has the skills to fix things but everything else is lacking.

Not timely
Warren was knowledgeable but the service was scheduled for between 8:00 AM and 12:PM. The service did not arrive until 2:15 PM. That's ridiculous!!!

Not like it use to be
Took over a month to get this service. Sears kept canceling appointments. No service tech was one excuse. Tech arrives i state issue on how dryer is not drying and clothes not clean low water. Tech was very nice. He runs washer/dryer. Tells me the dryer gets hot. He just put his hand in the dryer and touches the vent is hot and washer fills with water in washer. Nerves took out a tool nor cleaned any part's. I did more myself in trying to troubleshoot and this is with a service contract. Use to do more looking to find ways to make it right. Dryer still taking longer to dry

Service call
Jacob was a polite as he listened to my wife explain the issues that we have been having over the last two years of owning our Kenmore furnace. He opened the unit to find reasons for the issues; that my wife was right in her assessment of the lack of performance of the relatively new furnace. Jacob stated that his hands were tide in fixing the issues with the furnace. Stating that the warranty prevents him from fixing the clear mis-functionality and poor initial installation of the unit. Nothing was resolved as a result of the service call.

Washer repair
Was rescheduled for a later date, when tech called seemed like he didn't want to come out to service. Hadnt looked at it and was already giving cost for repairs. On arrival, asked me whats is going on, i explained to him, he got on his phone looking for parts and telling me the cost again. Didnt even open unit to check it or even run it. I was a tech for Hobart for 5 yrs so I thought he would at least open to make sure it wasnt something else or a repair that could of taken care of the problem that day.

Freezer condenser & Ice Maker Repair
3 parts were ordered and paid for at the time of the initial visit. The parts all arrived a few days later, but the repair appointment was rescheduled twice due to 'parts not arriving in time.' When I replied and sent pictures of having all parts in hand, the repair appointment finally took place on 2/25. Two days later on 2/27 I had to schedule an emergency return appointment because the ice maker still wasn't making ice, and the freezer was not cold enough to keep food frozen. All of the food is thawing now. Emergency appointment was promptly scheduled for 2/27 after my phone call.
