Mohamed was nice but my refrigerator is still 50 degrees !
How to I contact someone to check it again. The refrigerator is still at 50 degrees and not lowering after 4 hours or so.

Not the greatest
When we talked through what the washer needed, Charles talked me out of the repair and on top of that damaged a fairly mature plant irretrievably during the visit and didn't say anything. The washer worked after the non-repair which is an improvement over the last repair I had done.

8/15/23 Repair service
Nice guy but didn't fix the problem. Needed to call for repair again. Very inconvenient as I am not able to wash clothes again and have to rely on other people. By the time your repairman comes again, it will be a month since I started having this problem. I hope they do not return the parts that were originally ordered on 8/2 but did not use today as they thought it was something else that was giving problems.

REPEAT VISIT FOR LEAKING WATER HEATER UNDER WARRANTY
YOUR TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES FOR THE LEAKING THAT CONTINUED AFTER THE VISIT OF YOUR FIRST TECHNICIAN IN JUNE. TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, HE SAID IT IS NOT LEAKING ENOUGH TO WARRANT ANY FURTHER ACTION AT THIS TIME. I DISAGREE, AND WILL KEEP THIS IN MY FILE FOR ANY INCREASED LEAKAGE. Tech was informative, quick, yet issue not fixed
Tim our tech after a prior cancellation called early to inform us of service and made it earlier than expected. He did not do the original diagnosis, so he just put the parts in. He was easy to work with and completed the repair in less than an hour. He communicated well. I would give him a strong 4. The big issue is that one of the problems with the ice maker that drops just an ice chunk was not resolved so obviously the main control board is still the issue and we will have to go through the process . With an engineering background this should have been replaced first? All temperature sensors were changed out along with the new ice maker. The old one was more than likely still working okay.So we will have to go though a repair order once again and hope it won't take another month plus to resolve. Costco needs to evaluate the service provided by A&E, we need to return this fridge and we will hold both Costco and A&E responsible. May need to take legal action in the future of this is not resolved soon.

Problem not fixed
The technician was polite but two days later the freezer is still getting frost and ice build up. So problem is not fixed.

Technician Review
The technician asked me to sign forms to accept the work being done. He did not show me the verbiage on the forms that explains the possibility of damage if the appliance was moved. I only saw that later once I was sent the forms via email. Not a good move. The technician also seemed rushed to get in and get out, and did not complete the work that was promised over the phone when I made the appt (did not clean the range gasket).

Repair in wall Air Conditioner
On August 8, the repair man came to repair my in wall air conditione. He said he had to take it out of the wall to repair and needed someone to help him take it out of the wall and would have to reschedule so he did for August 11. On August 11 he called around 8:30 am and said he can not come since his manager said they cannot take it out of the wall that I would have to get someone to take it out of the wall then he could repair it and then I would have to get someone to put it back in the wall. I have not air for over a month on this air conditioner. Why did Esaus wait til the day of service to notify me . Very unsatisifed with the service of the agreement that I have with Sears.
