Unresolved issue
Stuart was very nice and polite, however it was evident that he was inexperienced. He spent about 2 hours here, most of it trying to contact supervisors and googling what to do. We showed him the cracked dishwasher drain hose, but his problem was that he couldn't figure out what to do without a serial number to give him an exact part match. He seemed to think he could not use a similar or generic part. Finally one of his supervisors told him to do just that - order a generic/similar part. Then we asked him to remove the old cracked drain hose and he couldn't. He said he would have to remove the entire dishwasher and he didn't know how to disconnect the electrical connection. So he could not have repaired the issue even if he had a part with him. In conclusion, I would recommend that he do service runs with a more experienced repair person for a while so that he gets the benefit of learning how to cope with situations that he was not presented with in training.

Forgot to connect exhaust on dryer.
Tyrone forgot to connect the exhaust on our dryer. Noticed after he left. We must wait until tomorrow for a technician and to wash and dry clothes.

AC service
I've had great experiences in the past with no problems but after today my AC is still not working. It's still 80 degrees in my house.

Dissatisfied customer
The service provided was not good at all as my scheduled times were changed alot as it caused me to miss work due to the time window of 8hrs to be available. There were a ncns to one of my appointments that were scheduled as the technician didn't show. I wasn't able to get ahold of the Sears company and had to go through my warranty company for communication. The part installed broke off in my ice maker and cracked the bin. I called to report it before week before the technician was due to come out. The technician came out and I asked about the parts, he then said he wasn't aware of anything breaking off. He then didn't fix the original issue and had to reschedule again to another day to wait for parts. The technician came out and walked on my carpet steps with muddy shoes and I just had my steps shampoo and Cleaned. I had a visual sign on the door stating no shoes allowed. I couldn't understand how he stepped in.mud outside and would walk in with mud on his shoes and not even cover them with shoe covers. I now have to have my carpet redone. We are very disappointed in the service with Sears and wouldn't recommend the company. Tried calling Sears however we continued to get an AI robot person vs being able to speak with a live agent.

Disappointed
Problem was supposedly diagnosed. New parts ordered and we PAID in advance as per our technician's request. Repair appointment set up by technician. Technician was a NO SHOW and no call from company. So we rescheduled. Abdul came in a timely manner a few days later. Changed the water valves. BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. Water STILL DRIPS inside the washer!

2 times scheduled the technician not show up without notice
We had to wait for the whole day (8:00-17:00) 2 times appointments the technical didn't show up without calling & sending messages. I have to reschedule 2 times; Unsatisfied

Dan was very professional
unfortunately, Sears is way overpriced for doing nothing. I have nothing bad to say about Dan. He was very courteous. But I am not happy with the way. Sears did not send text messages like they said they would, did not give me a discount like they said they would and I had to call back and get a lower one pretty much bait and switch. And for what they do, it is way over price and I should've called somebody local. I would recommend Dan highly but I would not recommend Sears service sadly.

The Technician was very pleasant and explained the problem. Ice had accumulated on the freezer walls and he cleaned that off. He also put the filter in correctly. I had not put the filter in far enough.

Disappointed
I think Eric knows how to fix appliances but was disappointed to find that he had taken my dryer vent clamp that I just bought. One might think it was an accident but he left the piece of foam I had on the back of the clamp on the back of my dryer, which was used so it wouldn't scratch the wall.
