Came late offer no explanation
Not the best service person or company representative. At 8 am the app said I was the 3rd customer and that the technician's ETA was at 11:46 . This changed to 1:18 and then 2:30. I had to call to complain then my amazement, customer service called the dispatcher and the Tech was on his way. He didn't get here until 3:00 PM offer no apology for the inconvenience or nothing! Not a good representative of the brand which is going down drastically because of people like this. He needs to be retrained to be more customer service orientated and understand that customers can't be kept waiting past the appointment time without an explanation. He gets 1 stars for eventually showing up and because I can't give less than 1 star.

No progress done
The work done didnt do any difference. the refrigerator is still not working.

Retrain
Worse Teck that I have ever seen. He was unprepared. Did not have covers for his shoes at the door, had to go back to the truck to get some. Then he would go out of the house and would not take them off and wear them back in the house. Had no rags, towels to do the job, I have to give him them. Had water all over the floor, under the sink and on the Conter when he left. We had to clean up after him, everything under the sink was loaded with water. Had to take everything out and clean to let dry over the night. Large kitchen rug had water soaked on it, had to remove (it is not a cheap rug) and let dry. Wood floors were the same. He needs to be retrained! Waited all day for him and then had to spend over an hour to clean up. Will put everything back today, another 15-30 minutes of my time. Have used your service for over 30 years, if you every send him back, I will not let him in to do the work.

No Show
Technician Hung H never showed up. On Monday 7/31/23 around 5 PM he called that he was on his way but he never arrived. Around 7 PM he called again saying he would return next day Tuesday afternoon. He never came. I see on my email that he submitted a false receipt to Sears indicating he had been here and "fixed some wires". It's been two months since I first reported my AC malfunction. I cannot depend on Sears Home Services any longer. I'm getting a local repairman o fix my problem even though I'm covered by Sears Master Protection Agreement.

Horrible Service for Refrigerator Repair
My refrigerator was not cooling properly. The Technician came by and actually made the problem much worse! On top of that he couldn't come by to fix the problem because of company policy and now I have to wait almost 3 weeks for a next appointment! Unacceptable!

Still not working
He has been out twice and the fridge is still not working properly. 15 days and almost $600 later. Nice guy but two misdiagnosis and still no fridge.

Fixing the Dryer
The technician came in timely manners. But the problem didn't fix and I have to pay the price without anything is done.

Disappointed
Charles called to say he would be to my house within the hour. He showed up yes. He "worked" on it Yessss. He didn't call to say what was wrong to begin with. The refrigerator is still throwing codes and the back wall is freezing up like it's been doing. Clearly it was NOT fixed after waiting 6 weeks for this.
