Poor service
You mean the guy that drove past my house and didn't stop then forged the paperwork with my signature showing that the job was completed? I'd give him a minus 100!!!!! Not a good way to represent Sears.

PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED!
The problem has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. We waited two weeks for service on our refrigerator. Now we need to have the serviceman return and we are being told we will have to wait another 4 weeks to have him return. That's simply not acceptable. Your scheduling is horrible so what do we do with food that needs refrigeration? What good is your EXPENSIVE MASTER SERVICE PLAN when you can't get HELP when you need it?

Repairman review
Bad. Took 5 months to get parts needed. Robert the Repairman did not complete the job and left in a hurry. He closed the ticket and have not been able to get someone to help me reschedule.

Still not fixed
Within 10 minutes of the technician leaving our refrigerator was making a loud and horrible noise. We are supposed to be receiving a call and he is supposed to return tonight, but it does not look as though that will happen. We are very unsatisfied with this service and American Home Shield. Be aware, Kenmore refrigerators can only be repaired by Sears and we were told today that it will be two more weeks before it can be looked at again if no one comes back today.

1 star because I can't give zero or minus!
Weeks after initial service request for washer repair and a couple of visits, tech shows up, again, parts arrived earlier by UPS. Within a hour, he tells me he's done and have tested the washer. A short time later I loaded washer and 5 mins later got an error code. I called tech but got no answer, left message. Machine continued to run with code flashing. I tried manually to shutdown but machine turned itself back on. After the "off" and "on" battle between man and machine. Washer error code went off and seems to be working properly. Later, I heard running water, my flood is flooded with water, the washer is leaking through the door and still running. It should have cycled out 20-30 minutes ago.

All week I been trying to reschedule and appointment because the dryer was not fixed and I haven't I am disappointed thanks for your service I'm canceling everything.

Would give zero if I could
I have gotten to the point where I am filing a complaint with the Maine DA office Consumer Protection regarding this technician's behavior and Sear"'s fraudulent warranty. Twice this technician has lied to us regarding the repair, first time said he fixed washer it is all set- 100% false and today said it was unrepairable after running clothing through cycle. After he left I rec'd email saying he could not test machine in garage- 100% false. Sears employees are non-responsive, each one tells me something different and nobody will forward me to a manager- some say there is a manager, but they won't transfer me and some say there is no manager. Sears and this technician appear to be frauds!
