Review of Sears Repair Service
I am highly disappointed with Sears. One month ago you came out to fix the refrigerator and told me that it was defective and needed to be replaced. Then you decided there was a fix which turned out not to be true. Three weeks later after it was determined that parts were not available to fix it , you kept my wife on the phone for 3 hours before determining that we indeed needed a replacement refrigerator. This past Saturday a technician was sent out to confirm that we indeed needed a replacement. Meanwhile I have been renting a refrigerator until this is finally resolved. I am very dissatisfied with your service. I actually called Sears prior to the technician coming out on the 5th asking why he was coming. I was told that the determination for the replacement had not been done correctly. No one could explain what correctly meant. This is poor service. W. SIMS

Brian is a joke
He cannot fix the washer and still says it's okay when it's the third time creating a service ticket for it because it continues to leak.

Washing Machine Service
First and foremost, the tech did not arrive until after 6pm. And never called to give a status. The online status just said the tech was scheduled that day. The tech did not explain the problem or solution until I asked. Then when he tried to explain, his English was not that great. He proceeded to fix the problem. Once he installed the new part, he never checked to see if it worked. I suggested washing clothes just to see if the agitation cycle worked. Since that was the problem. He just left. Now the agitation problem is intermittent. It works sometimes. But not all of the time. This is very frustrating.

He didn't fix it
First, your scheduling process stinks. A window of 8:00 to 5:00, really ? Second, he didn't fix it. Still not drying, after WEEKS of waiting. Totally NOT satisfied.

Waste of my time
He came out, did not listen to our explanation of issues, said nothing was wrong and left. I started a load of clothes, same issue, when the machine gets to 40minutrs, drum cannot turn.

Refrigerator repair
As soon as the repairman came into the house, he ahead an attitude. He said he couldn't use the part sent to us because it was not sitting correctly. My husband told him he is the 9th person to come here and to unfix the refrigerator. He replaced the parts and said the fridge would get to the correct temperature in 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and the fridge is at 52 degrees. It still is not working correctly.

Kenmore A/C repair
Abdur came and worked 5 hours to put in a new condenser / compressor unit. When it was completed, he turned on the unit and " nothing" happened. It would NOT kick on the compressor. 24 hours later he returned with a " starter booster " charging me $ 70 + for it and THEN it turned on the compressor on Thursday 8/3. It literally ran for LESS than 24 hours and quit. Dont know what is wrong with the compressor / starter / freon leak / overheated etc. etc. We do NOT have a/c at this point again 8/5 after spending the night at a hotel. The house was uninhabitable. I have called Carlos Leon on Friday AND Saturday with no response or communications.
