I was charged over $400 for labor cost in which my technician was only here 20 minutes. No parts included. I was not informed of the cost until the bill he concluded his work. Pretty pricey. Sears manager promised to call me and did not happen. Can Sears help me???

Service provider rushed

Elijah was in a hurry. Very short answers and drove down my driveway without permission. To make matters worse, door seal is loose.

Refrigerator repair

Don't expect timely and effective service. Our repair took 5 visits and the last was service to screw the panel and compressor hose back on. We were left with loud rattling after it started to cool. New parts delivered were questionable, the compressor was evidently correct but the printed circuit board had to be replaced. One repairman left after tinkering behind the refrigerator and on way out door said I CANT FIX IT and when we questioned him he said THERE WILL BE ANOTHER MAN COMING IN 2 TO 3 HOURS, which would have been 6-8 pm. Nobody ever showed up, so that was a lie. We had appointment for Tuesday, waited all day, nobody showed. Got email next day saying our appointment had been changed to Thursday. We were never contacted about this, they obviously have the right to come whenever they want. After 5 weeks for a compressor replacement, our refrigerator is quietly cooling, been 48 hours.

On time, completed repair. Competent. Messy, did not clean up. 'Borrowed' my 9 volt battery and left with it. Left 2 burn marks on my vinyl tile floor! Needing work on people skills. Who is going to fix my floor?

He replace the thermostat with very old box it doesn't look like new but Experiences with Sears Services are always Excellent but he was from different companies He left 3screws loose and seems somewhat leaking near loose screw and he said ok now A/c makes different sound andI feel uncomfortable I always want Only Sears people who works sincerely Please send Sears people to Check that nothing is wrong Please

The technician was the best. Skilled, helpful, knowledgeable, caring. The best Your service took from June 28 to today August 6 to get repairs done. Calls did not get me to a human. It was the worst service scheduling of any service I ever had. I was scheduled then rescheduled over and over. Each time I waited from 8AM to 5 PM only to be rescheduled. If I gave 24 hour or less cancelation I would have been charged a fee acording to your emails. The worse experience of my life for a service provider. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best you are a 0

I did not appreciate that the service check for my washer was added in the cost without properly consulting with me. Also, although the dryer handle was loose, it should not have been removed by him. Not the best customer service.

Although Mr Salman was very polite, he was very late getting here. text said he was on way a\@3:06 and didn't arrive till almost 5, did not give me an estimate, was here till 6:45 to 7. Left boxes old parts on my counter, there is some new parts he left also. First night leaked water and ice still has not filled up and ice dispencer just hums and doesn't work!!! He gave me an estimate of 700 and some dollars after he said I was supposed to get an estimate from person I talked to when making appointment!!
