Scheduling
Michael is always the best, however, getting someone to my home for a repair is the worst experience I have. More than once Sears has set up an appointment day with multiple emails advising me of the repair day including on the scheduled day and no one has come. If I wasn't able to contact Michael personally the same thing would have happened again. Your schedulers are the worst. As a result I may just cancel my warrant plan for 2025. It is not acceptable to wait all day and have no one come when you emails keep telling my that someone is on the way...

Washer still does not drain
Technician responded and went through the various error codes and determined that the washer was all set. I immediately started a wash and the same problem occurs again with not draining the wash water.

Horrible
Extremely rude and disrespectful. Did not reconnect dryer the first time and left a mess. Highly do not recommend!

Once again I had an appointment with Sears for my refrigerator. Once again they didn't show and lied and said they had been here. We had someone at the garage side of the house and another standing outside in the front. All this while the tech said he was here! Once again we are asking to review their service. WHAT SERVICE! NO ONE IS SHOWING UP! And again they have it as if they are getting a signature. Here is fraud big time. When will they honor our request for a Supervisor. This is not making sense! This is the fifth time and this time we were scheduled for two techs to arrive and neither showed up. We also still need reimbursement for the food the tech told us to throw away the first time. I usually don't write reviews but this poor and non existent service is forcing my hand. PLEASE I NEED A SUPERVISOR TO ADDRESS THIS!

Dissatisfied
Sears has been scheduling dates with us since October 2024. They either cancel or the technician comes unprepared. Today nobody showed up and you want to know my opinion. In my opinion this company has forever tarnished the once respected name of Sears. The consumers deserve better.

Maintenance on fridge
I had no problem with Ozie, my disappointment is with the people that managed the service department. I have a microwave oven sitting on my living room floor since December 3, 2004, waiting to be installed, they can't find any one. Go figure. Been a customer for over 20 years, no more, service sucks. I paid almost $1700.00 last year for a master protection plan for about 8 appliances.

Lying service tech
This is the forth or fifth time we have scheduled someone to fix our refrigerator. The freezer side is not producing ice or getting very cold to freeze anything. Th tech keeps putting emails in saying he came to the house but every time except the first time he has not shown up. However, we receive emails saying he fixed or checked out our refridgerator and he is not there. How can he continue to write false reports and continually show up while someone is in the house yet everyone in the house says he has not shown up. We also still have the boxes of parts he ordered and no one has fixed the problem. The tech did it again today and every time we have called back and told srvice reps that no one has shown up. We have repeatedly asked ti speak to a supervisor and the service reps never allow us to speak to them. Those in charge of Sears maintence continue to collect our money, try to charge us for sending someone here and the problem continues. We have once again been rescheduled. This service maintence service plan is failing in this regard and the total lack of fixing the issue or providing us with a new refridgerator is a serious problem. The tech is making fradulent claims and it needs to stop. After the first time he also told us to thrkw all the food we had in the freezer away. Where is my reimbursement? I need to speak to a supervisor. We have also asked for a supervisor to come out since they keep believing their lying tech. I will never at this point issue a good recommendation for the Sears maintenance plan. This review also wuldn't let me answer no stars so I had to give you one so that this would post.
