Service on Side by Side Refrigerator
Benjamin did a good job on repairing the refrigerator however had to call back for service on July 5, 2023. Refrigerator out again, the temperature setting goes from 6 which Benjamin set. July 4 temperature dropped to 4. Called again, the Parts team would research for part. No call from Sears to update me on the service. Text Ben and explained the situation he advise to call again. Call July 31 asked to call Benefit Administration. I advised that several call had gone out. The representative sent a email to Recovery Team for they need to make the decision to replace. Mentioned that I never received checks for spoilage, representative check and India stated to checks were sent, we never received check. India she would inform the team for investigation and someone would call me. As of today no call from Sears. I st the refrigerator at 6 within 6 to 8 hours it drops to 4. No ice and it leaks. What is the problem, I always purchased the Sears Master Protection Plan, what is going on?

I requested 8 to 12! I guess tech had no idea and he came at 330 !!! My day wasted

Taylor and his mentor came at about 11:30 am. They took the washer apart and checked for leaks. His mentor was good about explaining the process and walked me through it. They were friendly and polite. Overall good job!

He is great, works quickly however need more communication if unable to make it after a day of waiting. However. I don't know that he is the reason for this. The glitches in Sears automatic system and appointment times is ridiculous. I'm going to need that to be addressed within Sears IT!

James W was excellent but I'm sorry to say that I can,t say the same for the people doing the scheduling. I was initially scheduled on the 25th and after waiting around all day got a text at 3:00 that said the technician was on his way. Then got a text at 3:45 that said my appointment was rescheduled until 8/3. Within an hour I got 3 more texts and was rescheduled 3 more times ranging in dates from 8/3 to 7/26 all for no reason. I tried to talk to someone to find out what was going on and am not able to speak with a real person. I would rate the technician a 5 if he worked for another company but I would rate this company a zero if it was allowed
