Impatient and Short

No Wonder Kenmore is a dying brand, horrible customer service by your technician. Demanded payment immediately after telling us the parts to fix an old fridge were more than it's worth. We manage this house for the owner who has a day job who was not available immediately to make the payment. You all should consider collecting a credit card number prior to the appointment.

Washing machine

Technician did not open the panel of the washing machine to confirm issue. Just went off his experience. There was no true diagnosis. could have diagnosis's over the phone. he spent more time telling me how to move my appliances around than disgusting the issue at hand.

The person who you sent was fine given the circumstances of the pathetic situation that occurred Why did you not respond with a human representative instead of this waste of time yours and mine You wouldn't replace the handle for the door because it was cosmetic Wow we don't need a door Call me to order parts for which I asked for to begin with If not then I'll know not to use your company for nothing

Very Dissatisfied With Sears Home Services

I explained to Brian that my washer would only fill a few inches regardless of the water level setting. His response was 'that's the way it's supposed to be '. I disagreed with him and told him that the washer fills full for a full load. He told me it's an old machine. I said "yes I know however it still needs to fill more than a few inches". At this point he began to use his phone . After a few minutes he said it needs a part and I ordered it. It will be delivered here. He then asked me when I would like him to return to perform the repair. I said Wed July 9. He said ok and that he would be back on the 9th. He did not return at the appointed time on the 9th. I called your company and could not get appropriate answers from your AI. At this time I called AHS to see if they could help. They told me there was no appointment for the 9th and that a technician would be at my home on the 10th. No one showed on the 10 and again I called AHS, they inforned me that the technician had gone home for the day. Yet another appoint was set for today July 11th. Upon Brian's arrival I let him know that I was very displeased and that I had taken two previous days off of work for this repair to take place. He said he had noticed that the repair set for the 9th had been canceled. I did not cancel that appointment nor did I receive any message about it's cancelation. I waited the entire day not knowing why a technician did not arrive. He attempted to repair the washer and discovered that the part was defective. He said he'd have to order another part and return to install it. I let him know of my dissatisfaction . He said I could have a different company do the repair. I agreed that I would like tobuse another company. I thanked him and told him to have a good day. I immediately called AHS to set up the repair with another company. I was informed that I could not use another company. I would very much appreciate speaking to a human to resolve this matter.

Not fixed

Explained issue with not draining and cycle stopping to tech. Also error codes and burning smell. He played with washer and said it was working fine, but when we put in light load, it stopped mid cycle with another error code full of water and won't complete the cycle. I had to wait 8 days for this appointment, and now I still don't have a working washer. I called the numbers provided for Sears and couldn't reach anyone. It was a complicated phone system and very customer unfriendly! Frustrated.

I am still waiting on my refund. Part not needed, tech took part, confirmed returned. Yet no refund. Have called 5 times and get different answer every time. But all agree I am due a refund. Any help is appreciated.

One year without being fixed

I am very disappointed with the service repair on my refrigerator. It has been one year with the same problem and the technician hasn't been able to repair it. I don't know what to do o where to call for a solution.
