My upper Dbl oven went out and I called to get it repaired. Eduardo came to fix it but had to order a part. He returned to install it and it was a different part that was out so he had to reorder again. This is the 5th time he's been here to fix it with no fault of his own. Sears should have parts on his repair van so it's a one stop shopping and repair visit. Waste of gas coming from Portland 5 times.

The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to the greed of corporations and the "planned obsolescence" of appliances, he was unable to fix my oven. It needs to be replaced and it goes back on the home warranty company. He did what he could and I am grateful!

I feel very used and abused by your company! I set aside 4 hours of my weekend to get my dishwasher repaired and you turned out to be warranty selling company and not a repair company. Arturo was great but I will not be using or recommending your company again

Jerry is obviously very new, but learning. I like Jerry a lot, and appreciated how hard he worked. However, I won't use your company again. Full day windows for appointments are absurd, and labor charges are through the roof. Literally everywhere else is cheaper.
