Conrad was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about my refrigerator repair. He had the history of prior repairs and was able to see that some parts were still under warranty. Excellent service!

It was very apparent that Ronald is very technically knowledgeable; and had Good Work Ethics. He utilized efficient techniques to get job done. He asked if I was able to get the part repaired that I was responsible for. He even advised me how to better stabilize the valves for washing machine. He arrived early but still gave me a moment to get ready.
