Dmitri was great!
Dmitri was professional, very knowledgeable, respectful of our home and personable. He repaired the refrigerator in less time than expected and answered all our questions. Should we ever need a tech again, I hope Dmitri is assigned to do the work. Thanks Sears for hiring and retaining such an experienced tech.

Dale diagnosed the fail(ing) fan, heater and electronic controls of unit. The price of repair is too much for a 5-year old unit that could repeat same failure modes again. He gave maintenace and service advice for our other (mostly) Kenmore products. Dale is a very experienced service professional and he is trustworthy. I will still depend on Kenmore to provide parts for other products. craig providing parts that are available.
