Jorge arrived on-time and immediately diagnosed the problem--an ice build-up on the coils had come in contact with the refrigerator's fan, causing the noise problem. After defrosting the ice with a steamer and clearing the defrosting drain tube, our Kenmore Pro refrigerator was back running, all within a ninety minute visit. Overall, the best service I've ever received, all within less than twenty-four hours after I noticed the problem, scheduled a service call for the next day, and had the problem fixed.
