Service and repairs
I have had several appointments which were cancelled and rescheduled. When the service technician showed up at the 1st appointment repairs were supposedly done the 2nd visit I was told that a part was needed the part was ordered received 3 days later where a technician was scheduled to come out that appointment however was rescheduled by Sears. The part was finally put on a couple of days later and the hot water heater working fine for 4days. We now once again do not have hot water

Hot water heater
Texh was nice but he didn't identify the problem. He changed a thermo stat for a leaking tank. It's still leaking. I will need someone to come back out to diagnose correctly

Do not recommend
Did not write up notes properly which has led to long delays in water heater replacement.

Cleaning/Maintenance of Water Heater
Unfortunately, Nick probably didn't put all the parts back because we now don't have hot water! Calling next day, Tuesday, to get Nick back was frustrating. We don't have an appointment until Thursday and the lady on the other end, Jane, did not make any exceptions even though the tech created this problem! We asked for a manager to call us and, of course, no manager called us back on Tuesday!🤦♀️

Technician matt
Demeanor unprofessional he didn't know where the pressure valve was on my water heater, he didn't know anything about the water lines I told him sometimes lines have to be replaced due to corrosion Matt said I had foam in side my water heater, I said no the warranty book doesn't say that I have insulation. Matt isn't educated on water heaters, he need on the job training, he needs customer Serv training, he said ,"what is wrong with you Lady." I'm 62 yoa I thought that was very disrespectful

Not renewing Sears service agreement
Totally disappointed. Technician was not apprised of the issue with flue pipe as discussed with dispatch. Took a lot of photos and left me with no resolution

Unacceptable
It took over 4 weeks just to fix my water tank. Unacceptable time. Your service is just poor and unacceptable. And I just renewed my warranty to. Maybe a mistake on my end..

Very upset with the way this service has gone
The water heater at the time of the original service, was under the Sears Master Protection Plan. The service was done on June 6, 2023. The service was supposed to be an annual maintenance check up. When the technician arrived our water heater was working without any problems. However, on June 7th we no longer had hot water. Whatever was done by the technician on June 6th, caused the water heater to malfunction. NOTHING was wrong with our water heater prior to this service. I immediately called Sears on June 7th and explained to them that they needed to send someone immediately to repair the water heater because we had no hot water. After being on the phone with them for close to 3.5 hours, and 11 different reps, I was told nothing could be sent to the technician unless I made another appointment because the original ticket had been closed. I insisted they get someone out here immediately, but instead they scheduled an appointment for June 13th, which I explained to them we would not be in town. They told me they had to make an appointment in order to be able to communicate with the dispatch department because the original ticket had been closed, and that this way they could note on the appointment to dispatch someone sooner. Well NOTHING they told me on the phone happened as explained! There was NO communication for any earlier appointment, and therefore no technician came out to repair the water heater prior to June 12th, which was our date of departure. When we returned, I called to have them come back to fix our water heater, and the soonest date they could give us was July 11th. The technician came out on the 11th, and established that parts were needed for the repair. He ordered parts. The technician returned on July 17th, replaced the parts, thought things were going to work, and that evening we no longer had hot water AGAIN!!! We called back for them to send someone because it still was not working, and the soonest they could do was July 24th.

Water Heater Leaking
I'm sorry I can't rate Juan because, nobody showed up for my appointment. Maybe in the future I'll rate the technician when they show up to fix or replace my water heater. In the meantime I'll wait until the technician comes over and decides what needs to be done. I need to resolve this matter soon. Thank You A . Anaya
