ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SEARS HAD TO SEND TO OUR HOME!!!!
We experienced terror from an unhappy technician that was extremely elderly and unprofessional technician. He did not know his job and was a disgruntled employee/contractor. Beware of Sears sending inexperienced technicians who don't care about repairing and assisting you the consumer. Horrible services from Sears and their technician who was from a angry place and never resolved our issue with our water heater.

Disappointed
I specifically asked if you worked on water heaters when I called and was told yes and was asked for model and serial no. Of the water heater. When the service person came he informed us that he only worked on appliances and charged us 150.00 anyway!

Pass on sears home services
This review is more on the services provided than in the tech. My hot water heater has been out of commission for several days. After determining that the water heater needed to be replaced the tech told me I would receive a call the following morning to discuss the details. After not receiving a call the next day I called the service number. After going through a number of people I was finally connected to the water heater department, who after reviewing my service notes, told me it would be 5 business days for before they determined that I was eligible for a new water heater and if I was determined to be eligible (even though my contract explicitly stated that a new one would be provided if they were unable to repair the old one) it might be as long as 2 to 3 weeks before they could establish an appointment to replace it. How do they expect you to go a month without a water heater? Worst experience I've ever had.

Didn't fix water heater
Waited a month had him repaid the water heater and its still not working. He has no communication with customers and the first appointment after two weeks of waiting he never showed up or called. Then I had to wait two more weeks just for him to order a part. Now a total of 6 weeks later still not working after he repaired it.

Horrible Service
He was not able to repair my hotwater heater. It's not his fault that he was sent on an appointment that he could not assist. I am still without hot water and learned today that the forms he sent in was not prepared correctly. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still without hot water. I will definitely not refer Sears Master Service Agreement to anyone I know.

Sears Warranty Review
I have waited 2 months for hot water heater repair. Wrong parts received. After repairman left the house not only is the heater still not repaired but now no water in shower and water not running from hot side in nothing. . I called and tried to get someone back but no answer

Still broken
Not fixed, still broken. No calls for running late for appointment. I would rather the service person show up the next morning fresh for. the repair.
