REPEAT VISIT FOR LEAKING WATER HEATER UNDER WARRANTY

YOUR TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES FOR THE LEAKING THAT CONTINUED AFTER THE VISIT OF YOUR FIRST TECHNICIAN IN JUNE. TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, HE SAID IT IS NOT LEAKING ENOUGH TO WARRANT ANY FURTHER ACTION AT THIS TIME. I DISAGREE, AND WILL KEEP THIS IN MY FILE FOR ANY INCREASED LEAKAGE. For a service call you advertise it is $119, he charged $175 just for showing up! My husband said it's 119 and he said it's never $119! That's false advertising and I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau! Besides the fact, the service call was just that a service call he checked the water heater the gas water heater said he could not touch the gas and then he left! Very very poor service!

Hot water heater issue

Wilmer did nothing to try and figure out the problem. Looked at the tank awhile and said he didn't see anything wrong. Waste of time and money having him come. I still have no hot water 😕

STILL WITHOUT REPLACEMENT HOT WATER HEATER

I am still without hot water! Juan's first visit was on Dec 19 at which time he said I needed a new water heater and ordered one on his phone. He said I would receive a message in a few days to arrange for the installation. On Dec 29 when I had heard nothing, I called the Sear's customer service again and was told something went wrong and they would have to schedule another service call. On Dec 30 Juan arrived again and went thru the same procedure again on his phone, On Dec 30 I called customer service again and was told they could see Juan's request and spoke to the back office and I would receive an email shortly with a claim number, I have not yet received such an email. Probably not Juan's fault but the system is TERRIBLE!

Water heater still not working!

Juan came to assess my water heater because it was leaking AND there was NO hot water. He told me it can't be fixed and Sears representatives would let me know when I can buy a replacement. BUT, in his assessment, he recommended REPAIR not replacement! The cold water is running, but when I turn on the HOT faucet there is nothing- NO WATER AT ALL!

Water heater

This is still not taken care of. Going on 5 days now. Tech was here yesterday and charged $190 to tell me it can't be fixed, and needs to be replaced. He said Sears would contact me. No contact from Sears yet. This is a nightmare and no way to run a business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

We have been loyal, paying customers for 12 years and we've had nothing but trouble the last 2-3 incidents. Getting a Repair should not be this difficult. We cancelled today after the tech showed up to check our water heater after it had been out for 3 days and wants 120 for a service call and another 350 to clean the water heater. Very hard to understand and was nice until he left. Tried to say it wasn't personal to him, he kept telling us we didn't have a warranty when we've had the same plan for 12 years. We are done.

I spent the entire day checking the ETA for the HVAC technician. Eventually, the system showed an arrival time around 4:50 p.m. But at 3:59 p.m., I got a message from the technician asking me to respond—which I did immediately. After that, I heard nothing. No calls. No knocks. Just emails about the visit starting around 5 p.m. My neighbor was with me the whole time, and we didn't see or hear anyone.
