Doing what's "right" for the job
Obediah appeared to place importance on doing what was "right" for the job rather than just doing enough to close a service order. He took the time to explain what he intended to do and what he felt was needed. I remember Obediah came on a prior occasion maybe 2 years ago. It seems his work ethic and desire to do the right thing have both gotten stronger. Thanks, Obediah!

This person came, saw the mess and stated that he would write it up, recommending a replacement! I have a lot of $$$ to spend on this before we have HOT WATER again! Cheers

Hello, Needed a follow-up visit but ended up resolved. Blew out gas tubing for some water and checked for external leaks. Easy to talk to. Should do well in his position.

He was good. I have gas water heater. He said I need a electric for a electric water heater. It's a gas water heater. I have a panel with 4 blinking lights reading hight temperature shutdown. And did not solve my gas water problem.

Kory was courteous but did not do any repairs. Leak appeared to be in area he could not remedy. Requires plumber and/or warranty replacement.

I am very disappointed in Sears. My hot water tank heater cord was forced off and 80 gallons of water was pouring into my basement and Sears Rep told me on the phone Saturday they had no one on call and I had to wait. A tech shows up Monday morning after 11 am. And I have a 5 year warranty with Sears on that hot water tank.

Sears Technician, Michael , ID Number 0009589 was at our house to service our Sears water heater. We have an extended warranty on all 5 of our appliances purchased from Sears. On 4 of our appliances our warranty will end on Oct. 10 of 2023. On our water heater the warranty ended on Aug. 23 of 2023 at midnight. We made our service appointment on Aug. 23 in the morning. Sears agreed that the warranty was still in effect. Michael came out on Aug. 29th., but had to return the next day because it still was not heating. When Michael came out the next day, besides not heating, he noticed that it was leaking. There was nothing else that he could do and said that SEARS would be contacting us about replacing our water heater. So far we have not heard from SEARS. Before Michael came out, we were without hot water for 10 days. How soon will SEARS be contacting us?
