Aaron did a great job in his analysis of the water heater. It was better to replace the water heater than to replace the part. But, the water heater could not be replaced by Sears. Sears should be able to replace any appliance they service. Not happy with not being able to replace the water heater but Aaron was profession and knowledgeable about the water heater.

Michael texted and called to update us about his arrival time . When he arrived he introduced himself and went right to work inspecting hour water heater . Michael was very meticulous good at explaining what he was doing and what the next steps regarding the water heater warranty would be. Michael also asked about our other appliances that were covered by our protection plan and if any of them needed inspection, and briefly discussed Sears Home warranty plan and checked to be sure my information was correct so could send us information to explain the home warranty coverage to us . We were very happy and comfortable having Michael inspect our water heater .
