Technician did what he supposed to do, but scheduling dept didn't, I was setup for today to do all services needed to be done but only one tech showed up to do one appliance and no others. You need to work on your scheduling department to do better job.

Aaron did a great job in his analysis of the water heater. It was better to replace the water heater than to replace the part. But, the water heater could not be replaced by Sears. Sears should be able to replace any appliance they service. Not happy with not being able to replace the water heater but Aaron was profession and knowledgeable about the water heater.
