I want to let you know that Sergio was very professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem after asking me a few questions. He was able to clean out the sediment in the burn chamber and in the water heater and it looks like the water heater should be working just fine now. I greatly appreciate his service today

David was very attentive and amazing. He explained exactly what service was needed. He was apologetic due to the fact that he had to come out 3 times, due to the fact that Sears is unorganized as far as not telling him exactly what the issue was, and once he ordered the parts that were needed, they didn't have them both ready which made a delay in getting my hot water tank repaired.

Technician rating -5 he was knowledgeable of the problem and efficient in his work. My only problem was with the period from when I reported the problem to Sears (Aug 14th) until the completed service (Aug 30th). 16 days w/o hot water was not acceptable customer service.
