I was expecting a call on my land line, not my cell phone - which he called to let me know he's on the way. So instead of assuming that I had called off the appointment - he came on to the house - very lucky for me. He was at my door with his equipment and I apologized for the mix-up. He took care of business like the pro that he is. Now I'm set for the Winter.

Frank was straight forward with me and let me know what was wrong and what the price would be to repair it.. Frank did the repair in a timely manner. I just wish the warranty was longer. I would call Frank again.
