Calling and scheduling any kind of service is a total nightmare. This communication with text and emails and pressing buttons is a total headache. I hate the new system that you have in place. It is very hard to maintain our maintenance agreements without person to person contacts. Dealing with you through texts and emails prohibits explaining problems to a human. I would never recommend Sears protective services to anyone. It took us 3 months to fix a washing machine problem and now one month with a dishwasher. Is that any kind of service? Absolutely a nightmare. We are very unsatisfied Nothing against the technicians who have come out. They have been great but getting them out here to fix anything seems to take forever.
