Rheem hot water heater.
I was extremely pleased with the service and your technician. Now it's time to get Sears back up to the very top again. Sears will always have a place in my heart!

Sears has increased the price (tripled!) and reduced the service on our appliance maintenance contract. The person they sent to check our equipment was very nice and knowledgeable, but all he was allowed to do was to turn the equipment on and off. He isn't allowed to do any preventive maintenance. A new contract, at three times the prior cost, allows less service and requires co-pays. I don't know why anyone would buy it.
