Ronald was a great technician who went out of his way to help us but the Sears Service Protection Plan is unacceptable and does not function like they say it does. Next week will be two months with no hot water and the people you talk to have me in an endless loop. They won't give you a telephone number to talk to a person and when you finally find one, they shuffle you from one person to another. Their latest ploy is to say that I don't have a Master Protection Plan which I have in hand. After nearly two months, Ronald was finally able to get to someone who seems to be working on this problem. If you are considering buying a Master Protection Plan from Sears, please think it through. This headache is not worth it.

Matthew was a five, as for the warranty it has been 3 months without a hot water heater. We need to know , when is the hot water heater going to be replaced. We have been heating water on the stove to be able to take a bath. My father in law is 94 years old, my son takes Chemo , my sister in law is 70 and I really don't care about me but for three months to get to where we are is ridiculous being without a hot water heater. My father in law has been paying over twenty years for the warranty. This review is being written by Sandra Kiser( daughter in law). The customer service people get very rude when talking to them, very frustrating.
