Furnace Check
Jeffrey communicated as to when he would be arriving at our house. He let us know that our furnace was good to go for the winter. He also mentioned how to turn on the humidifier into open the vent. Thank you for your service.

Sears gave us appointments 9-28 ,9-29,10-2,10-3. they missed all four appointments without notifying us. They would just change your appointment to the next day. You cannot get a hold of them to talk to anyone. You get all mechanical voices and texting. No human beings are available. they made a fifth appointment on 10 four and made it out. The tech was very good and very knowledgeable. He did a great job but the aggravation trying to get him out was the worst I've ever experienced. They leave you no way to get a hold of a human being. Bad service on that end.

This was the second time this Service Technician came to my home for -2- different jobs. Once again he did a wonderful job. I sure hope he continues to stay with Sears Service Department if I have a different issue, I pray I get him again.

I had another "expert" looked at our furnace who tried to make a big job out of it by changing few parts. Couldn't trust him so called Sears. Chris was skillful and knew what he was doing besides being a pleasant person. Also committed to find the cause rather than suggesting that all parts needed to be changed!! He managed to fix the problem without changing any part. I am glad that I eventually called Sears. They should be proud to have employees like Chris.
