Consistently rude
This guy has interacted with us 3 times, once on the phone with his technician who was at our house and twice in-person. All 3 times he has been rude and dismissive, in some cases implying that preexisting issues with our dishwasher (from when we bought the house) were actually our fault and that my wife is a liar. Just a disagreeable and rude individual.

Terrible service and poor customer service. Called them so many times but they never seems to fix the problem and wasted a lot of my time. I am very disappointed with this company. Will not recommend to anyone.

Came out multiple times and still fails
He came out multiple times and replaced same part a couple of times Never stayed to see it finish a cycle and it still fails. Need someone more thorough that will check other parts. He did not check anything. Just assumed it was a bad control board

Rude, late and aggressive
Insulting and incapable. Arrived late, was rude, insisted on immediate payment, insulted my tenant. Looked at dryer with flashlight for 5 minutes, estimated $900 and left.

Your service is a scam. Buyer Beware
The first technician never showed up or called to reschedule. The second technician misdiagnosed the issue and pushed a home warranty instead of proper repair guidance. The third technician acknowledged the initial error, then broke another part without my consent, and attempted to charge me an additional $180 for repairs he caused. When I asked how to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told the only option was to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This response—combined with the lack of resolution and accountability—makes it clear that the service operating under your name is failing your customers and damaging your brand's reputation. I have paid $379 for a service that has made my situation worse. My microwave is still not functioning, and I am now forced to seek outside help.

Terrible
As a service member who left work to be there for my repair to be refused for the second time while the same water still sits in the dish washer waiting on those repairs I'm astonished at the lack of care or effort that was given. After the 3rd refusal to do repairs or give effort or care. I have taken further steps. Not happy with any of this. I have possible black mold that now has to be sitting with my family in the house waiting on a new technician to come look.

Didn't get fixed
Not happy with it, he didn't fix my dryer, your company installed it and installed the hose and your company didn't fix the problem. I'm paying alot for my dryer and it's barely a month old

Sears / Improper Estimate for Signature
On previous visit (30 days ago) and same tech today - had me sign estimate without letting me see estimate. Then at end of both jobs I had to sign work was completed. Both times I was told would get copies by email, which last time I never received. This time tech let me take picture shows I do not owe. After the tech left job today, I got estimate show I will owe (not true).
