GE Freezer
I purchased a GE freezer in Dec 22. In August I noticed the high heat light was on and I checked the temperature. It was 75 degrees. I called GE and they sent out technician. He came out and evaluated freezer. Ordered three parts including new compressor. Came back and installed them. He was pleasant and cordial. He told me to let it run for 2 days before using it. I did and checked the temperature. It was still between 75 and 80 degrees. Same problem as before. It was NOT fixed. Notified GE and they scheduled another visit. The reason for low rating did not fix problem.

Incompetent
I give this company a big fat zero.. they were contracted to fix my dishwasher. They were told the problem is at the end of the cycle…the technician came out and said he couldn't wait so he left and then said they couldn't duplicate the problem and closed the ticket.. horrible

No service provided
No service technician did anything for us in our home. So how can we rate their performance I was charge for a service call that never happened. The part that was ordered was installed by my husband after we sat home two day's waiting for technician to come. Johnny showed up at our home this morning but did not come in.

Issues with Refrigerator.
He came in, it was supposed to be a follow up visit, but he left as soon as he found out that there are no trip changes.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
The worst technician we have ever encountered. He claimed we punched the glass cook top and he will not fix it. Congratulations to you Thomas , AHS will not replace my cook top because of your diagnosis that the crack on the glass was abnormal.

My washer is still not working

Horrible service from A&E Home Services
This review has nothing to do with the technician Jonel. 2 months ago I opened an American Home Shield warranty service call and it was assigned to A&E Home Services. They scheduled 3 appointments with me and no showed for all 3 of them rescheduling after the no show. At that point I called American Home Shield and asked for another contractor as A&E Home Services is clearly incompetent. Another company serviced my fridge a month ago and it's been working great. A&E Home Services showed up at my house today 2 months after the initial service call and a month after a competent company already got it working wanting to repair my fridge they already had 3 appointments to do and couldn't show up. Avoid A&E Home Services at ALL costs and request ANY other company besides them.

Bad service he didn't check the washer, he only came to my house and he's not check the washer, I move the washer to my garage because supposed he's going to fixed but he don't want to wait because supposed to be installed,
