Worst service ever in the lifetime of the contract.
Never had more issues or problems getting repair or replacement of an appliance in the over thirty years of service. I have had techs here at least 5 times. It's been an ongoing struggle for at least 6 weeks. Not to mention laundry mat visits for a family of five.

Refrigerator
Our repairman was courteous and he worked hard to find and repair the problem. However, It took many weeks before a repairman could come. He installed a repair...the refrigerator is still leaking water inside! Now we must wait a few more weeks before a supervisor will come out and say, "yes, you need a new refrigerator." At this pace, how long will it be before we get a new refrigerator!! We have had a maintenance agreement for a LONG time.

Only one day?
The new control board that Dexter installed worked for one day. Every thing got cold and the freezer froze a container of water. The next day the refrigerator stopped cooling and stayed that way. i am not too happy with this repair.

Dishwasher still doesn't drain
Robert blew air through the drain line. The dishwasher still has doesn't drain water out of the basin. I thought he would have done a little more than blow air through the drain line. I suppose I should have left water in the basin after the last time I ran the machine.

Repairs-Refrigerator & Stove
I just sent a response on my other questionnaire from you. Your technician was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. He was never sure of his diagnosis on either of my appliances (refrigerator or oven). Didn't seem to be familiar with GE appliances. As stated in my previous response, I'm seriously considering calling GE direct about this service call. I don't mind paying for competent/professional work but this was a sick joke!

Repairs - Refrigerator & Oven
This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a service repairman. It was so bad I'm contemplating contacting GE direct. He wasn't sure of his diagnosis on either appliance. I'd like to say I'm sorry for complaining but this experience certain warrants a negative complaint. I thought I would be getting a professional GE technician; boy, was I wrong!!

Stove top
Bill didn't show up for the appointment. Time was scheduled from 8:00am to 5:00pm so to wait all day for the technical to arrive and he texted several times for information about the stove and I sent a picture of the plate with the model and serial number and he said he could not read it, by the picture not coming out to see for himself. The he said that he could not come out to fix the stove. But he writes that the job is complete. Please help

Won't use Sears Ever Again
No one showed up on scheduled day. Showed up late second day. Left all my frozen foods on the counter and didn't put them away when I declined further service which would take an additional seven days to get parts. Made inappropriate remarks about the call center workers who handled the scheduling. The only reason this gets one star is he was nice to my dog.
