Worst experience
We shared all details about the repair need on cook-top, he didn't came with required parts, just spend an hour looking at cook-top and charged service fee. this is simple replacement of ignition for gas burners. never plan service sears.

The Refrigerator Still doesn't work
The technician did not fix the problem. My freezer still doesn't get cold. 4 hours later the freezer is 54 degrees and the ice maker doesn't work.

Dryer repair
The dryer which was repaired does not start at all now. What was the repair done ?. It has been six months since the repair works started and it is still not fixed. It is really annoying.

Range
Bought my range 1 month ago brand new. This man saw 1 roach and said my warranty wouldnt cover the non working oven because of that. Ive had a frdge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and deep freezer for years and they still work very well. Never buying GE again and i will be contacting my lawyer.

Not fixed
Did a load of clothes after technician left. Went back to check on thing and my bathroom is full of water. Need HELP!

Should be ZERO stars
After 8 or 9 no show appointments, technician finally arrived and installed the part incorrectly. Installed backwards causing massive leak. Broke locking mechanism in my washer. I'm in way worse shape than before. Stay FAR away from Sears Home Services.

No Show
Technician never showed up. I received notification he was on his way. My room mate was home to answer the door. She never heard a knock or doorbell. No one called me. And then I got an email that said they were unable to contact me. I checked the contact information and my phone and address are all correct.
