NO SHOW!!
2 hours on the phone with sears and GE trying to figure out why!!!! Score of -10. No call, no notice after getting updated on the status of my appointment saying he was on his way.

Repair incomplete
One of the burners on the stove is still not working. So the repair was not completed. There was no communication as to why it was not fixed. He just left.

Bad service, Delayed to show up
This was the second visit in 3 days. Each time the technician arrived at around 5PM. The first time the technician said that it is past business hours and there's not much he can do because it takes 2.5 hours to remove the door and to vacuum clean it. He had me to sign in the beginning, but he helped me to reschedule to today, Monday. Today I was at work, so I sent one of my tenants to open the door for the technician. Again, this technician arrived few minutes before 5PM, and she had my tenant to sign 2 forms before she started to work. My tenant asked her to reschedule because it was past 5PM. The female technician (Maria F.) said that she can do that today. She only started work at 5:03PM, but at 5:08PM she already left, because that was the time when I received my tenant's text message that the technician has left. How can the cleaning service be done in much less ten 10 minutes? I had bad experience with the washer/dryer maintenance service every time, not only today and on Saturday. I bought the warranty and insurance 3 years ago, in 2021. Last year when I tried to use it the first time - the technician didn't show up! I need the refund!

Never called ahead of time
I am moving out of a house and needed a microwave fixed. I told Sears multiple times through text and calls that I wasn't living at my house and needed to be called ahead of time when the tech was on his way so I could be there for the appointment. They gave me an 8am-5pm window so super unhelpful. The guy showed up at 8am sharp, didn't call ahead of time, no notice. Said he saw the vacant driveway and left. Didn't think in that moment to even call me to check. I found out through an automated email he canceled it. I've tried calling sears again and again to get it done today and all I get are bots and "we'll put you on the list to be called back do you don't have to wait an hour". Guess how many callbacks I've gotten? Zero. Every time we use Sears they absolutely suck. Unresponsive and unreliable. Guess I'm paying out of pocket for this microwave...

Refrigerator
He did not repair the problem! It continues to make loud whirling noises, and there is ice running down the back wall of the refrigerator, and everything in the refrigerator is covered with moisture!

Liars and no-shows
I set aside my entire morning to make sure I was around between 8:00 am and noon. I received a text at 10:30 am saying my technician, Lucas, would be arriving soon, so I made sure I was sitting in my living room the entire time. I waited for an hour, Lucas never showed up. I checked my order status and was informed that Lucas had closed my appointment and claimed that I had not been home and somehow also that I said I would install it myself. I had been home the whole time, and had never spoken to Lucas once, especially not to say that I would install the part myself. If I have a single other negative experience with this company, I will have my bank reverse the charges as fraudulent
