Tech Good but sodisappointed in Sears Service. Will cancel
Aref was very knowledgeable. Very pleasant and informative about our issue. This was not his fault but we are very disappointed that it took 2 weeks to resolve. We received our part on August 31 @1pm after our scheduled appt of 8-12. Then we rescheduled to Thursday Sept 5. I took a day off of work and appt was cancelled . Text said due to parts. Which was not true. Did not find out the truth until I called to reschedule. Over booking issue. Aref came today Sept 7 and replaced part very quickly. I am going to cancel my warranty as a result of Sears and this delay. Very frustrating. I have been a customer of Sears for ever, meaning 45+ years. So disappointed in how they are run now.. no one cares. No one tried to make this good for me. I will never buy another Sears product again or use their services. Very sad.

ZERO RATING!
Your technician refused to service the a/c once again. This is the fourth appointment I have scheduled. I have had it! As he did the first time, keeps talking about the serial # When Loretta scheduled this fourth appointment, she assured me you guys had all the information. I'm not sure why your technician REFUSES to service my a/c. On my email I stated what a waste of my time and money it has been to schedule 4 APPOINTMENTS AND NOT GET ANY SERVICE. I expect a call IMMEDIATELY! And please find out why your te inician refuses to service my a/c!

Washer GE

Refrigerator repair
Tech wanted to double bill for service fees When original repair did not repair issue within 30 days. The issue is still bad and technician left after I waited all day, without repairing my refrigerator

GE oven leak gas , under Warrenty.
The technician did not detect the leak gas at the oven . One part at the bottom of the oven had a crack and gas leak. I detected it with soap water and temporary fix it with loctite. I need a new part. I took a picture of the crack. If we keep on using the oven with a leak gas, the house would catch fire.

GE dishwasher repair
I still don't think the dishwasher works properly. Doesn't run the dry cycle, same as before. Did he put the new control panel in? And now it's hard to close door and get it to latch.

Horrible
Technician never showed up at my home. He put notes into the system as if he showed and repaired the refrigerator and did not. This is the seventh time of not showing and the second time placing fake notes on the system. I will no longer use sears for any repairs!!!

Not listening to my needs
He showed up on time but from the beginning he was not listening to what I needed. He insisted that the refrigerator fresh food cabinet was "warped" and for us to not put anything heavy on the door shelves. I want him to order the gasket for fresh food door and he insisted it was not needed He adjusted the door and told me it would take time for the door to become "unwarped". Is this even possible? We can't put anything on door shelves? He did the dollar test on gasket but it was tight in some areas but loose in most of the other areas. He raised his voice telling me that I had to work it out with my warranty company. Saying "if we replaced every refrigerator a customer was unhappy with- we would be out of business ". I told him we were not asking for replacement, only for the gaskets. I actually told him to leave and he said he was calling his supervisor. I told him I would talk to his supervisor too. Please don't send him to my house again

Dishwasher did not drain after service
Taylor was an amicable person and while I don't have a problem with him per se; The service call did not address the problem. My dishwasher was not draining. He did unclog some filters and then left. I did a sanitizing rinse with a bowl of vinegar as he suggested and there was till a pool of water left in the dishwasher at the end of cycle. The problem persists after the service.
