He actually did not complete the service and keeps cancelling the appointment. Sears and/or Bodewell need to make it right and actually come out to fix my washer. They have cancelled appointments for over a month.

Disappointed in work
I have had your technician come to repair my refrigerator the ice machine was broken since August of 2024 my refrigerator is worse than the beginning He broke the door off the water filter and he broke the shut off water valve and the ice maker off the holder so what I have is worse than I started with I am requesting a replacement

Not cooling
My refrigerator is not cooling at all, 3 days after repair. My food is in coolers on ice. Please send someone before it all spoils.

Terrible
My wash machine is not working properly. After Paul left, I tried to run a load of wash and the lights are flashing and the machine will not fill up with the proper amount of water! I should not have to pay for a visit as this was a warranty issue!!

This was the worst experience ever
I honestly don't even remember who Karl was, but wiring with Sears on my recent service issue was horrific. You only get AI when you call, they unceremoniously canceled SIX service appts while I was waiting home for them (they canceled day-of), they only showed up for 2/8 appts, and the last time, the serviceman showed up with only half of the needed parts and said he couldn't fix it

After the initial appointment, parts were ordered, the amount was paid and a second appointment was made to complete repair. When they showed up for the repair appointment, they told us that they didn't work on our brand. This brand is clearly labeled on the Sears website as a brand that they repair.

No service
The guys was supposed to come last night and called last minute and said he had a new hire with him and running behind and rescheduled for today. I got a call today and he said washer. I stated it was a dishwasher. He stated he could not do dishwashers and me to call and make another appointment. I called GE back and the stated they told them dishwasher and not sure where the miscommunication was at.

Lazy technician
Did not want to work on GE . I told him it had already been diagnosed and he was like we should just get rid of the pair of GE appliances. He never pie my washer back on the stand/drawer it was on.

Sear's Technician
He never called to acknowledge he was on his way . Secondly , he sat in my driveway for at least 12 - 15 mins before knocking on my door . When he checked out the washer , he told me the parts to fix it were unavailable and I would have to order them , and stated there was nothing he could do for me . All this in the time frame of about 12 mins . So I was left with the impression he didn't want to be here in the first place . Seemed like a waste of my money and my time .
