My refrigerator is still is not repaired

After two delayed appointments and hours on the phone. I spoke with at least four people. The technician came out on 2/7/24. He installed the parts he had ordered and it did not fix the problem. He told us that he would call on Monday after checking into some things. He did not call. My refrigerator is still not working.

He Broke our Washer

Nelzon used the wrong tool to replace the transmission in our washer. In the process he cracked the washer tub. Now the washer is irreparably broken. The company now tells me it will be 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS until you figure out how you are going to replace it. It's FRIDAY!! I have a paralyzed dog at home and we need a washer and can't wait another week to wash. The Hone Warranty is a total sham. You BROKE OUR MACHINE!!! Make it right.

Don't be insult your customers when you broke things

The last tech out replaced our washer's transmission and cracked our washer tub so it is now unrepairable. Oscar told us it's a first world problem. Totally inappropriate from a man representing a company that just broke our washer.

Sears Home Service AWFUL

Minh's service was okay. Sears Home Service though overall is poor. Sears sent a technician Jan 21 to diagnose the problem. The technician ordered a new control board and said they would return Jan 29 to install. Jan 29 the technician does not show up. I call and am told it's been rescheduled for February 12 because another part had to be ordered but never did Sears notify me their was rescheduled. Feb 12 no technician arrives again. This time I use the email link to see why and the appointment has rescheduled again for February 19 yet not notification was sent of the change. February 19 Minh arrives to fix the washer and asks me what he needs to fix. Seriously?!?! He said he would replace the part sent. He did but the problem still exists.

Terrible service

If no stars was an option, that would be the best fit. This technician has been out to our home multiple times, never once fixing the issue. Seems very ignorant & unable to diagnose or fix the issue with our washing machine. Sears home services has been by far the WORST service company I've ever dealt with. From the customer support phone representatives, to the inexperienced technicians they send out. Our washer was beyond repair, and when asked what the next step was, the technician (Michael) stated "there's nothing I can do, assurion won't refund your money", and went on to state "it's a whole process and nothing ever comes of it".

Terrible experience

Our dryer hasn't been functioning since the very first time we tried to use it. The tumbler grinds against the frame. The technician spoke with the manufacturer and both he and the manufacturer kept calling the issue cosmetic. Obviously it is not cosmetic: the dryer is not working! Because they called it cosmetic, the manufacturer doesn't want to apply the warranty. We are left with a brand new dryer that doesn't work and, apparently, can't be repaired nor replaced.

Very very bad

First off he was here supposed to be fixing my dish washer but pulled it out and had seen where a rat had chewed it when we had it in storage and stopped and walked out. He did not put it back underneath the counter or anything just left. I will not ever recommend sears to anybody for service. I feel like he should have asked and seen why it had chewed marks on it and if nothing else put it back underneath the counter like it was when he got here. Not to mention I have not been able to use it since October. I have had multiple cancellations from this company and then this one they finally come out to do something. The first original work order he come out and said the switchboard went out that has nothing to do with the outside top that has been chewed That has been done for months before it ever got put in because I didn't have anybody to help me put it in I had to store it. I think it was very rude and disrespectful how he did. I think him as a person he seemed nice but was very unprofessional And did not do his job accordingly at all if it was an option to give him zero versus a one out of the five star I would have given him a zero.

Freezer not defrosting.

He said nothing was wrong. Today I opened the freezer door and everything was thawed. So I rate his service as less than a 1, I had to throw out good thawed food.
