The most "wonderful "experience ever!
We are having broken refrigerator for 1.5 months, trying all this time to get serviceman in our house, useless. Finally, you set the appointment on august 8, with Mr. Joyce. We wait all day, try to call, useless! He never show up, He never call, DO you, people , have a conscience? I understand, that you do not care, but to such a degree? Come on, this is clear depredation, shame on you,! I would like to know what would you suggest us to do now, If I dare to ask. Thanks a Lot for "awesome" job you do!

Techncian
Tech did not replace the new water line that was ordered and delivered simply because the water miraculously started working again. It was not working two days when I tried it again. It hasn't been working in the past 3 plus weeks either. Apparently there was calcium lodged in the line for it to all of sudden stop working. James said he wanted to save the company some money and return the new water line. He felt that it was not needed. I told him the refrigerator was at least 15 years old and that he should replace the line because it did fail. I will be reporting this to Choice Home Warranty today.

He installed the part but left and didn't make sure it worked. He left and it still does not work.

very upset - he wrote that my ice maker was frozen up and that is way the piece broke - If I had known I would have filmed and better document his repair while here - it was not frozen - we removed all the ice and at first he still couldn't understand why it didn't work. I clean the ice maker at least once a month for this purpose - we use it alot. It was empty alot for my husband ice machine we put on his leg.(so it was cleaned out. Because of this Choice will not fix it. Very upset

Still doesn't work
Tried running the machine after the tech left. Water did not fully drain from machine. Need someone to return and fix properly. Don't think we should have to pay the show up fee for new visit.

No service was ever done.
Technician didn't work on it. Not even worth one star. After four weeks of cancellations, I hired someone else to fix my range. It took two men to do it. A female, by herself, would never have been able to. I have never had such horrible service in my life. A month of cancellations with ridiculous excuses, no live person to talk to. It was discovered that your previous technician, who "fixed" the same problem two years ago, cut the wires and caped only two, leaving bare wires exposed and frayed rather than do it properly and pull the range from the wall. He was apparently lazy and couldn't be bothered. Guess were lucky we didn't blow up. I will NEVER recommend your company for any services whatsoever. I won't even bother to use the remainder of my extended warranty. You're an awful company.

Never showed up
Technician never arrived. Been home all day waiting. Even called the office to confirm appointment. This is the 3rd no show.

11 hour window is UNACCEPTABLE!!
I was obviously the last customer of the day even though it showed that the technician would get to my house at 1:32, showing from 7:00am to 11:30am. Then it went to 1:48, 3:21, 4:48, 5:31, 5:48, 6:34, 6:38. I have already gone through wasting hours and days on your company waiting all day, leaving work and losing time only to go home and wait, wait, wait until I had to cancel. I waited for a part that I was told would receive in 2 days and it took 7 days, then more time rescheduling, only to have part replaced, coils cleaned (extra cost). 1 to 2 weeks later, the same thing is happening with freezer going to cold and causing items to over freeze, refrigerator not cold enough then water stops coming out but ice maker still making ice. What the heck did I waste ALL of that time for as well as hundreds of $$ in frozen meats and seafood!! Does anyone even care?? No!!! Because a customer can't even contact a LIVE human being!!

Washer not working now!!!!!!!
The next morning after for springs were replaced washer is not working!!!!!! This was the first load that was washed after repairs and now we are getting H2O supply code This has been a nightmare and disabled it is impossible to go to the laundry mate to wash clothes.

Service for stove exhaust fan
The service tech came and did nothing I don't feel right paying for nothing being done and told to call my warranty again The exhaust fan clock is still working He said he will not touch anything because the word exhaust was not listed in the repair instructions
