Great technician
The technician was awesome. It took two months to get parts. But the technician was great... Yeah I'm not exaggerating it took 62 days to get parts from the first appointment I had to the last appointment I had. Several appointments made and canceled countless telephone calls.

Gotta have some personality!
He always comes and performs whatever work it is that he's here for. No personality what so ever. You've got to ask him questions to actually know what's going on. He does, however, get the job done.

Grill repair
Took awhile for the part to be ordered. He was here in May the first time. Part finally came and he was here and done in 15 mins. My grill is working again!

useless
The technician gave a two minute look and said they won't replace the burner tubes. While they gave me an estimate and said I declined they never gave me the estimate which I would have accepted. The technician didn't even come with the part needed to repair even though I mentioned what was needed when I made the appointment. I would recommend not wasting your time and money with Sears.
