I should have been told when I made the appointment that you don't repair or replace disposals. Michael felt something loose in the disposal but couldnt fix it and suggested i check the warranty. I declined to pay the deductible. After calling the disposal company who talked me through a thorough check, it turned out to be a pistachio nut lodged in the side. When I removed that, problem solved.

Don't did his job and ordered a replacement. As far as your service, you can not speak with anyone to get correct information. You should have a list of people who can install. I have to find one.
