Very well mannered and eager to fix the dishwasher. The problem is he left before the rinse cycle was done. We both assumed things were going well since no water was leaking. So he left. When the cycle was over the dishwasher was filled with standing water at the bottom. So I need him or someone to return back. Thanks!

We had this problem after something shifted in the freezer and left the door ajar and thawing contents. The person who did the diagnostic was quick and did the diagnostic accurately, but, the parts cost and labor I believe were excessive after checking on the Frigidaire site. Have another related issue I feel was missed by the original diagnostic. It is how you do business and your excessive charges for labor is your policy, however I will NOT use your service again!

For service order 000743512301791, the tech installed the replacement pump, but did not completely reinstall the dishwasher to the cabinet and counter. It is sitting in the cabinet but not mounted to anything. The mounting screws are missing and it is not attached to anything. This may have been an oversight by the tech, but I need to have someone come back out to complete the service. Please have a human contact me as soon as one is available.

0 stars for the bot system which doesn't allow you to communicate or actually talk to a live person … AT ALL! Super frustrating — had no idea when in the day the serviceman was coming. Andy was AWESOME! Very professional. Knowledgeable. Clean. Fixed the frozen drain line — great experience with him. Sears — you have not made any friends with your automated system — probably should go back to live people at some point

We purchased this unit in 2024, late May. By late January 2025 it began to make a loud grinding sound. Over the next few days it stopped working altogether and we lost over 200 dollars worth of perishables. Since then we've had multiple service calls and visits. A few hours after yesterday's service, the sound returned. Each time ice drops and the tray refills with water, the unit makes a loud buzzing, grinding sound. It lasts for about ten minutes or so. The unit never performed this way before January 2025. I've had an open consumer complaint ticket with the Massachusetts State's attorney. I was hoping I could close it after yesterday, but I had to update them with the latest failure of this unit. The service from Tara R was fine. He was friendly and professional. The only problem I have is with Frigidaire. It's very disappointing to spend good money on a brand new product that fails after less than a year. Even more disappointing and frustrating to be on a virtual merry go round of hardware failures, diagnoses, parts orders, phone calls, and service visits.

You AI is terrible. You can never speak to a human being. My appointment was rescheduled three times on the day of service, after I waited half a day each time for the technician to show up. When they finally did show up, they were great.
