Super Nice
Santos is a very nice tech but seems to have messed up my order. He closed out a ticket for a previous visit (same issue is still broken) and it closed out the current ticket. The whole thing is a huge mess.

For starters I took off work and waited until 8pm when Edwin showed up. Edwin was great and walked us through everything, so nothing against him. The only opportunity I have is actually having a service guy show up within the time window I was expecting which was 1p to 5 pm. Everytime I updated the tracker an hour was added to the eta. My only ask is to respect our time. I could have gone to work today had I known no one would show until 8pm.

Jose R seemed good but as of over 24 hours later the ice make is still not making ice. Jose said it would take a couple of hours but it shouldn't take this long.

Took forever to get the repair done. Parts came in a month ago. Then you canceled the appointment and had to reschedule twice. Took off work three times and two no shows third time was today after 6pm which the repair was supposed to be between 8-5. Your company needs to set better times and communicate!!!

Sears need to consolidate on the parts and service. There is no reason ,why a technician should be making repeated visits. It is a waste of productivity time on the Client and technician side. Job still Un completed.

Mr. James broke my protector which goes to my stove however he tried to fix it but he could not. It was an honest mistake but it's still not fixed and now I have to replace it.

Our fridge is defrosting and freezing back. Chris did nothing to check it out or fix it.

Tim was a nice guy. However, my refrigerator had the same problem that I called for the repair about within one hour of him leaving. So, it's still not fixed.

The tech was fine. However, he wasn't sure what's going on either. This was the 5th visit from a Sears repairman and still NO working dishwasher. I am disappointed in the making of appliances these days.

We first requested a refrigerator repair through Choice Home Warranty at the end of July. It took two weeks for Roy to come to our home. He said he had to order parts and we waited three weeks for that repair after the part arrived at our home. He did not fix the leak. After a few weeks, he came again and did some more work. The refrigerator still leaks. We need a third repair. Please finish the job, as it has been at least six weeks of problems.
