Jose was ok. He didn't call ahead and shome aid they weren't required too on the 1st call. The last guy that came out didn't call either. I'm not sure if it's the company or if it's the technician but neither one feels a need to call their customer.

the service tech was fine, but i am seriously disappointed with the company. first, i had an appointment confirmed and no one showed up within your asinine 8am to 5pm schedule. after on one showing up, i received a message stating that the appointment time has passed and would i like to reschedule or cancel. this is absolutely no way to run a service oriented company, and i will never use your company again. i am also passing this alone to first american home warranty.

Gary from St. Joseph, Missouri, our tech, was wonderful. However, complications at headquarters delayed his work from the initial August 27 evalaution of what part(s) was needed until today, Nov. 4, when he returned to install the parts. The delay was not Gary's fault; rather, the delay somehow occurred when Sears' parts provider no longer had the needed part. However, the part was available from another provider, but no one ordered it. Someone there had "dropped the ball" and the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing or should have been doing. Gary and Mr. and Mrs. Bell were left hanging for approximately five weeks. As soon as the part from Sears' #2 provider arrived at our home, Gary was here to install it within two days.

He was quick to diagnose the problem. But I feel like he was having a rougher day and so his demeanor kind of seemed a little bit rude.
