Scheduling
Stop scheduling appointments and then canceling because the items ordered were not received, both items were received and I was expecting and needed that appointment. Maybe at least call and confirm before canceling. Also, I receive a text for a new appointment with a past date. That's so confusing but my time is just as important as yours. The tech Bill was awesome and very knowledgeable but the 1rst and 3rd(David) not so much or at least he didn't explain as in depth, nor was his investigation into my issue thorough, although he was very nice.

microwave exterior stovetop light not working
After Cornelius the technician left, we found the the lights that illuminate our cooktop no longer turn on. Please have tach return asap to fix problem created by tech.

Dismissive technician, problem not solved, outrageous price
Technician did not solve a very simple problem (blocked refrigerator defrost drain) on the first visit. When I asked him to test it to make sure it was unblocked, he dismissively refused to do so, saying that of course it was fixed. Well, of course it wasn't, and the refrigerator continued to leak after he left. I had to get him back again the following week to finish the job. By the way, that job cost almost $500 for what took him at most a few minutes.

Dwayne is a very nice man. It has taken two trips so far to solve the icing problems with my refrigerator. I was to get a call before he came and I did not. I sure hope future interactions are more positive.

Arrived on time, quickly swapped out the "bad" part and said it was fixed, Hours later fridge is still alarming high temp and not cooling down at all.

Jose was ok. He didn't call ahead and shome aid they weren't required too on the 1st call. The last guy that came out didn't call either. I'm not sure if it's the company or if it's the technician but neither one feels a need to call their customer.
