Technician was very professional and courteous. He explained what was done to repair our freezer. When asked about the freezer repair warranty expiring in July, he advised us to call Sears if we wanted to renew it to see the charge and time available. Excellent exployee to represent Sears.

We have a 21 year old Kenmore freezer in garage that just stopped working. Thought it was going to be bad news or difficult to find someone who could service it. I found a Sears repair center online. Very easy to book. The technician came EXACTLY on time. He diagnosed the issue right away. He had to order a part which came about a week later. Again , he came EXACTLY as he said he would a week ago….at 8am. He was polite, efficient and explained what he was doing. He was finished this second time in about 15 minutes. Left his work area clean. Wished us a good weekend. I would highly recommend this company. The price of the repair was updated with me in real time. I did not pay more than what I was quoted.

Technician Justin called before coming to our home. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Justin looked at the air leaking in freezer door from all angles, checked any alerts for my model and got confirmation so my options were clear. He was able to fix the seal to give us time to check into a new purchase in the future. Really would like him back if ever needed!
