freezer diagnosis
very professional, knowledgeable did a thorough diagnosis of my freezer and found the problems, unfortunately for me the repair was more expensive than the freezer value

It took all of 10 minutes to replace a part to regulate the temperature on my Fenmore Freezer and 4 months to fulfill the initial appointment.

Jermaine arrived promptly within receiving a text message that he was on his way. This was a follow up visit and I explained to him what was happening. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had a suitable part in his truck. Nothing needed to be ordered. He explained everything he was doing, He also did another check (beyond what the service was for) to make sure there wasn't any potential problem. He was very considerate and moved items back to their original location. Friendly and helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Jermaine for appliance repair work.

James B. was a follow-up call on a previous technician's call. James B. was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and explained everything that was being done. He was an absolute pleasure! P.S. In arranging the tech appt. initially, I had asked a few times if James B. could be the one to come out to install the parts, since he was the one who handled the diagnoses on the appliances, and for some reason it didn't work out that way. It would have been nice had James B. been the one to come out as I had requested, and this follow-up call could have been avoided.
