My wife was home at the time and said Justen M was very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our freezer. Justen made sure there wasn't a mess while working on the freezer, walked her thru everything he did. Justen educated her on a few things as to how things work which he really didn't have to. Justen seems to like his job and said very nice things about Sears. We have had Sears warranty for several years now on our appliances and just recently added more coverage.

Very knowledgeable in his field! Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and and fixed it. He was polite and courteous in his conversation and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing. He is an asset to the company and should be looked at for promotion as soon as possible.

He set up an appoint to return with parts to repair issues. Very precessional employee. He 's one of the best we've had from Sears over the last 30+ years since we've had the Sears Master Protection Agreement.

Hopefully that will work. He told me I would not be able to renew my current plan. I hope that is correct. I did sign up for the new plan.
