Corey was quick to replace the ice maker. However, the people I talked to on the phone while trying to learn his ETA were terribly unhelpful. Better communication would have been helpful.

I've had my freezer checked many times but this the first time the technician took time to fix the water that was always leaking from under my freezer. He did a great job. Next time I should personally ask for him for service.

Showed up on time and took charge of problem. Knew what to do and began corrective actions right away. He had corrective action completed and cleaned up debris. Appliance is now operating correctly. Repair was completed quickly. No lingering open items. Great job; Well done. Thank you
