Bobby was good. Your service is absolutely non-existent. You cannot speak to a human to understand your problems. I have called numerous times. Bobby had to make numerous trips to my house which were unnecessary. I'll do to poor service by your company. He had ordered parts which never never came. I was without my refrigerator for 3 months and had to purchase a new refrigerator. I will never recommend Sears home services. AI will bankrupt what is left of this company?

My experience with the repair technician was excellent. He was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the problem and time-oriented throughout the completion of the necessary repairs. He explained to me the problem, the probable cause, and showed me the problem as he continued to work. I am very pleased with the repair that was performed. My thanks go out to the technician that completed the repairs.

Good experience with the technician. Still don't like the AI scheduling. I had three items that needed repair two maintenance and one repair. It just did not work out and I only had one item fixed.
