Excellent service
Conrad went above and beyond to fix my freezer. Often times I hear, "just buy a new one" and this technician was not that type at all. He dug in, assessed the issue and repaired the freezer.

Andrew was fantastic. Very communicative about arrival time. He identified the problem with our refrigerator/freezer quickly and got it running again. He even offered to sweep the dust before placing the fridge back! Great experience.
