The Tech Ramiro, has done everything possible to repair this unit, even to the extent of doing some reprogramming of temp sensors to more closely match setpoints. He a great tech and thinks outside the box to fix it .

Christopher came to my house to do an analysis of my freezer. He concluded my freezer needed replacement because the parts needed were no longer available. Jermaine has been the same tech I've dealt with since we had issues in February. He has done everything to keep our unit running. However, a 20 year old freezer can only do so much. Today was a day that a simple fix is not available. He has always been on time and honest and has patience to explain things. Based on the repair estimate it will be cheaper to get a new freezer versus keeping this 20 year old unit. You're in good hands with Jermaine.
